For an older adult, a family coordinating from a distance or someone facing a new living arrangement, a transition can bring many decisions at once. We help make the household steps clearer while keeping personal preferences and independence at the center.
Whether the next chapter is a smaller home, a senior-living community or a different household arrangement, we begin with a conversation about the practical support you want.

Each transition is different. Tasks, availability, provider arrangements and fees are defined in your individual service plan.
Staying home is a chapter, too.
A move is not the only reason to seek support. Discuss practical household organization, home readiness and concierge coordination when routines change or an older adult wishes to remain in familiar surroundings.
Cleaning supports the bigger picture.
Move-in and move-out cleaning, a detailed home refresh and recurring cleaning can be included in the conversation. These services support a comfortable, cared-for home before, during or after a transition.

Questions families often need to work through
Can I begin the conversation on behalf of a parent or family member?
Yes. We clarify who will be involved, the household’s preferences and the permissions needed before arranging work. The person experiencing the transition remains central to the plan.
Do we need to have the move completely planned?
No. Start with what you know: the current location, the possible next step, your timing and the tasks that feel hardest to manage. We can discuss where concierge coordination would be helpful.
Who decides what is kept, donated or removed?
You or your authorized decision-maker do. Sorting and disposition arrangements are discussed in advance; belongings are not removed or donated without the appropriate authorization.
Does this include moving, clinical care or choosing a care facility for us?
Our focus is household transition support and coordination. Moving transport and specialist work are arranged with appropriate providers, with responsibilities and charges agreed separately. We do not provide medical or personal care or make clinical placement decisions.
Can we still ask for cleaning or other concierge support?
Yes. Home refreshes, recurring cleaning and other agreed household concierge tasks remain part of the broader Healthy Homes conversation, whether or not you are moving.
