Define the final clean
Discuss detailed surfaces, interior glass, fixtures, floors and presentation cleaning. Rough cleaning, exterior windows and elevated work are reviewed individually. Equipment, lift access, utilities and site safety requirements must be agreed before pricing.
Plan around the trades
Share phase dates, punch-list activity and turnover milestones. Recleaning after other trades return should be addressed in the scope so responsibilities are clear.

These are reviewed individually. Height, access, equipment, lift arrangements and site requirements need to be established before we confirm scope or pricing.
What should I have ready for a project discussion?
Location, approximate square footage, anticipated handover dates and a scope summary are a good start. Drawings and any labor or site-access requirements can be reviewed through an agreed follow-up channel.
